Who can ride an electric moped?

When you are 16 years old or older, an electric moped is a great way to upgrade from a regular bike to a vehicle that will allow you to travel faster, but still green. Mopeds are unique kind of scooters that don’t require full driving licence as just AM category will suffice. In case of UK, a Compulsory Basic Training is more than plenty.
